Each one of our Senior Consultants has extensive knowledge and experience in various domains, including Engineering and Supply Chain, HR, Sales & Marketing, Public and Non-profit, Finance, IT, Procurement, C-level Recruitment and Interim Management. Bakker & Partners is growing every year and we are actively looking to widen our fields of expertise.

Our Senior Consultants have multiple years of experience in their sector and in recruitment. Since they manage their assignments from start to finish, they are fully engaged with these assignments and their clients. They are personally responsible for intake meetings, searching for and screening candidates, consultation with clients, and so on, until the vacancies have been filled. Each of our consultants guarantees integrity, quality and results.

No two days at Bakker & Partners are the same. A working day is always dynamic and fully focused on finding the right matches for vacancies or candidates. It can involve anything from client visits, commercial negotiations and in-depth, skills-based interviews to writing reports and market research.
