Viega, a leading company in the field of plumbing and heating systems, is seeking a Sales Consultants to strengthen their team.
As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibility is to visit clients (installers & wholesalers). As Viega a renowned brand is in Belgium, the commercial footprint is solid, they have a broad client portfolio. The Sales Consultant is responsible to activate & manage his portfolio and to train the installers.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attain of stipulated sales target in your area of responsibilities
- Define a yearly sales plan
- Manage set core target groups
- Support customers in a wide range of project tenders, from planning to conclusion
- Support launch of new products and training of customers in their practical application
- Realize market-handling campaigns in your sales territory
- Receive & transmit the complaints
- Manage CRM in accordance with stipulated standards
- Receive and handle technical support enquiries (first level)
- Identify opportunities & make suggestions.
Report to country management and area sales management.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have proven experience (min 8 years) as a technical sales, preferably in the heating or plumbing industry.
- You have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mentality.
- You have planning skills and decisiveness; you know how to target prospects & clients; you have principles of marketing & market-research.
- You have experience in setting up sales plans & account plans.
- You can work autonomous, enjoy being on the road and get energy from developing your portfolio.
- You are fluent in French and Dutch; knowledge of English is essential.
- Having experience with Salesforce and SAP/R3 is a plus.
